CHRISTMAS PARTY TOMORROW! Wear jammies and bring your gifts! Be ready for a fun day of cookie baking, gifts, movie and lots of music!🎄 A busy preschool day. Bennett and I grabbed groceries after dropping off the kids. Once we were back home, we made lunch. We made chicken and stars soup, grilled cheese and crackers. It was a great day for soup.
Bad news: Charleigh is home sick with a stomach bug🤢 We had a SUPER SMALL group today, just the Peterson elves today. They enjoyed playtime with the dragons and when we found out Traveling Tales was cancelled, we loaded up for a quick trip to the store for some wrapping paper (we have some important gifts to wrap)!🎁 We ate PB&J, cheddar crackers and bananas for lunch before singing fun Christmas Sing A Longs before snuggling in for a nap. Stay Healthy!
Traveling Tales tomorrow. Another gorgeous day! Preschool fun this morning and we played outside once we were home while I got lunch ready. We ate Mac n cheese, peas and pears. We are home this afternoon and working on some gifts again. Little elves have been busy lately.🎄
Two more preschool days before break-remember those big backpacks and winter gear. We love this weather! After some free play and a quick project of a holiday wreath, we bundled up and headed outside! We enjoyed hot pockets, corn and cottage cheese for lunch.
One week left before break! Christmas Party next Friday.I guess it’s Forgetful Friday-totally spaces off the blog this afternoon. We were super busy all morning long with projects and gift making. Two projects we made were jingle bells and stockings (they are both hanging up in the entryway. The other projects were part of our gifts (so it’s a secret)! After an extra long project time (which they did great with), we got the wiggles out with Christmas music and ALL of our jingle bells (it was extra loud in here)! For lunch we ate chicken and rice, bananas and peas. Everyone took a good nap and we are ready for afternoon snack! Have a great weekend!
Bi-Monthly and After School Payments due tomorrow (post dated for Saturday). Preschool fun and time to get groceries and do a little Christmas shopping with Benny. We also played outside (it was so nice outside)! We came home and ate lunch (sandwiches, oranges and crackers). We will be taking Harrison to Solon this afternoon and then home again.
Weekly payments are due tomorrow morning. A happy Wednesday here! That wind was a little too chilly this morning, living on the hill and catching that cold air-burr! We stayed warm and enjoyed some silly play inside. We made chef hats and then we brought out the kitchen toys to create. Right away, the kids were planning a feast for me and then I ended up having snakes in my legs and ants in my toes and our restaurant quickly became a hospital and I was in surgery while they removed the snakes and ants (whew, that was a close call)! Imaginations were running wild! The kids requested tatie tots for lunch, so I added in pears and fish sticks to complete the meal. After lunch, we read MOOSTLETOE and OLIVE, THE OTHER REINDEER. We don’t have to drive to Solon this afternoon, so we will be home.
just playing this morning to see if everything is working online. Check back this afternoon for an update on our dayPLEASE make sure those hats and mittens are coming in with your child every morning (storing them in their coat sleeves so we can find them)---THANK YOU! We had a busy Monday with a long orthodontist appointment while Tori got the rest of her braces on. We are so thankful for the dentist office though, they are SO great with the kids and always make us feel so welcome. The kids loved their Santa tree and the snowman on Judy's desk.🎅🏼⛄️ We dropped Tori off at school and came home to play! Surprisingly, everyone was really quiet in the car ride (I thought a few fell asleep---but they didn't), I think the combo of Monday morning and the sun beating down put them all in a trance! They perkedup once we were ho e to play. We made pancakes, sausage and fruit for lunch. After lunch, we are going to read SNOWBALL FIGHT and THE FIRST DAY OF WINTER. I'm sure there will be some Christmas Carol singing, too!🎄
