Reminder: All JAN 1st payments are due TODAY (post dated). I will not deposit them until the 1st, but we won’t see each other until the 4th. I think I wore the kids out yesterday! Everyone was pretty low key and wanting to lounge around. I even lost a couple to ZZZ’s on the way TO preschool drop off and then again on the way back home from preschool pick up! Tired kiddos! While the boys were at preschool, the girls played with Littlest Pet Shop and had fun watching a Harrison clean Steve’s tank and of course, watching Steve explore and Tiggy trying to play with him! Who knew a turtle and cat could be so entertaining!🤣 For lunch, we had chicken nuggets, peas and pineapple. After clean up and quiet book time, I read CLIFFORD’S CHRISTMAS and TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS. We’ve enjoyed a low key morning with lots of Christmas music and cheer. The kids all have Harrison a HIGH FIVE before going down for naps (he’s a little nervous about his first swim meet). No need to rush for pick up though-only one parent can watch, so since he had to be there at 4:30 and no bus taking them, Heath is going and Tori and I get to watch it live stream. THANK YOU ALL for the Christmas gifts, kind words and love you have shown me-I’m so lucky and blessed!🥰

Tuesday: It’s been a FABULOUS DAY to have a Holiday Party Day! We have been so busy inside, that we haven’t had a chance to get outside (which bums me out, because it’s nice outside)...but we just had SO MUCH planned for today and we like to take our time and enjoy each part of it! We started our day by wrapping our presents for mommies and daddies-they can’t wait to give them to you! Next up, we had to get a cute picture of all of us in our cute jammies (and reindeer antlers)! Next, we gathered up all the food everyone donated and it was A LOT! We’ll be dropping it off to the food pantry tomorrow. Next-GIFT TIME! We took turns unwrapping gifts, then we got to share and play with the new gifts. Emmie received a board game, so we all played the game together and the kids LOVED it! It was COUNT YOUR CHICKENS. Next, the kids wanted me to open gifts, so each child got to help me open their gift. Everyone spoiled me so much and made me tear up...I just love my job!🥰 These kiddos are the best and make each day an adventure! Thank you all for thinking of me. Next up...we made Snowman cookies and then watched MICKEY’S ONCE UPON A CHRISTMAS. While they finished watching the movie, I made them a special lunch of Reindeer Bagels, Snowballs (cheese curds) and Snowman Noses (Carrots)-the kids thought it was funny and then told me which reindeer they ate!😲 I have a feeling several may wake up with red noses after naps. After lunch, we read a few of my favorite Christmas Books. Merry Christmas everyone!🎄I’ll post a few pics here, but I’ll post all of them on FB (too many to put in the blog)!
